The President of the IPC Dr Panduleni F. B. Itula proceeded to Ngala village in Katima Mulilo Rural constituency. (see pictures below) IPC believe in grassroots participatory, no government without the people. While others are in their air-conditioned offices, The President is walking to various villages and engaging the people directly to hear and see their difficulties.
In order to understand the need of the people, you need to go to the people, engage with them, eat with them. 05/09/2022
